How to Increase Arm Speed Disc Golf?


You cannot master your arm speed overnight when starting out. First, start with less stable, lower-speed discs, as you would want to focus more on a controlled throw. Trying too hard will put a strain on your muscles.
Practice with putters until you are able to throw them low and straight. Although you still are able to fly 250 feet, the disc is more prone to bomb hard.
